COR365 Information Solutions Welcomes New Customer Service Manager – Melinda Bailey
As 2012 comes to an end, we would like to thank all of you for your continued business. Cor365 Information Solutions has had an interesting year of changes, including our name, our look and our logo. We are aware this has created some challenges for our clients and we appreciate all of your cooperation and feedback.
Of course, we cannot let the year end without making 1 more change. As most of you know, Bridgett Weldner has been the Administrative/Customer Service Manager for the past 6 years and has been with the company in other roles for a total of 12 years. As we start 2013, we have asked Bridgett to once again expand her horizons in a new role with COR365. Effective as of the New Year Bridgett will become our Security/Compliance Officer and Account Manager. In this new role she will continue to work closely with our Customer Service Department to insure that we continue to not only meet your information management service expectations but to exceed them.
Taking on the role as our new Customer Service Manager will be Melinda Bailey, who joined the COR365 family in November. Having worked in the Winston-Salem area since 2006, Melinda was previously the Special Events Coordinator at the American Heart Association where she assisted with the Tanglewood Heart and Stroke Walk. It was through our employee’s involvement with this effort that we became acquainted with Melinda. She comes to us with a rich background in customer relations in both the private and public sectors.
