Expanding Presence in the Triangle Market
On July 12, 2016, COR365 will acquire SC Data of Raleigh. This change of control follows months of meetings and negotiations to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved. Although this expansion may not directly affect customers in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro/High Point and Charlotte markets, this will have a positive impact on the company as a whole as we enhance our service offerings, skills and human resources. We are excited about the upcoming opportunities and are looking forward to providing innovative information solutions to a larger circle of clients.
How will the acquisition affect COR365’s current customers?
Adding another location, a new service and additional employees only enhances the quality of service we are able to provide and offers additional depth in available resources.
How will this affect SC Data’s customers?
SC Data’s customers will become customers of COR365 and will receive the same personal service they are accustomed to. They will benefit from the addition of services and resources that COR365 offers in not only the Triangle market, but also the Winston-Salem/ Greensboro/High Point and Greater Charlotte market.
Why did COR365 feel the need to acquire another company?
SC Data has been a longstanding business in the information solutions industry. Merging the two local companies allows for shared resources, assets and solutions, which will better enhance the quality of service to all COR365 customers.
What is the most important part of this acquisition?
The most important aspect of this acquisition is our focus on quality client care. Both companies are locally owned and operated and have spent years developing relationships with their customers. COR365 has built its business and reputation on providing an outstanding customer experience, and that will not change as we welcome our new SC Data customers.
