Meet & Greet: Customer Relations Specialist

We’re excited to announce that our COR365 family has gained a new member. Meet Logan Sawyers.

At first glance, it is obvious that Logan is a people person. His witty demeanor and infectious laughter quickly highlight his love for all things social. In fact, it’s Logan’s love for people that led him to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist.

At COR365, Logan’s job is to make a difference in the lives of our existing customers. This includes reaching out to clients to ensure they are enjoying our services, and making sure that their processes are running as smooth as possible. Logan’s specialty is identifying any productivity gaps that currently exist in a company’s record and data management strategies.

Specifically, he sees this position as a chance to better the lives and processes of those around him, one company at a time. Logan strives to bring organization and efficiency to companies on a daily basis, as he travels across the state to meet our clients where they are.

As a North Carolina native, Logan grew up in Mount Airy, the town famous for its portrayal of Mayberry on the Andy Griffith show. He served in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Navy, before going on to earn his degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Prior to joining our team, Logan strengthened his professional skills through various sales positions at industry-leading companies, such as ESPN and DEX Imaging. Again, it goes without saying, that for Logan it truly is all about the people.
