How Does it Work?
1. Choose How Often & Where Shredding Takes Place.
With flexible shredding options, you get to choose how often your files are shredded. We can shred documents on a regular schedule, on-demand as you need it, or as a one-time shred (without an ongoing agreement).
You also choose where the shredding happens: in one of our secure shredding vehicles at your site (also known as mobile shredding or on-site shredding) or we can transport the documents to one of our secure shredding facilities in North Carolina (also known as off-site shredding).
2. Shredding Bins Installed.
We can install document shredding bins throughout your office, where employees can securely put the documents that need to be shredded. This works great for our ongoing or on-demand shredding services.
3. Documents Are Shredded.
Depending on when and where you’d like the documents to be destroyed, we’ll securely and confidentially shred all of the paper files provided to us. We’re reliable and show up for our appointments on time.
4. You Get Certificate of Destruction (CoD).
These detailed documents help protect your company in case of an audit or lawsuit.
“Our shred bins are always emptied on time and the guys that come in to do it are friendly and courteous, they do their job with a smile.”
